1- Providing legal advice in the field of establishing companies, whether in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan or outside the Kingdom, or in the free zone areas.
2- Preparing and filing the relative documents to the Companies Register at the Ministry of Trade.
3- Following up on the renewal of companies register, depositing budgets, preparing and depositing minutes of the meeting, and all legal follow-ups before the official authorities. 4- Company restructuring and liquidation of companies.
